Kicking off her week with a delicious dinner, Lindsay Lohan was spotted hitting up Izaka-Ya restaurant last night (November 9).
The “I Know Who Killed Me” actress looked a bit camera-shy as she strolled up to the celebrity-popular West Hollywood eatery to find a mob of paparazzi waiting for her.
