While many thought that he showed off the full package, a spokesman says Levi Johnston didn’t reveal all for his photo shoot for Playgirl.
“Although Playgirl is ecstatic with the footage of the Levi Johnston shoot, and viewers are going to be pleased and surprised, Levi did not go completely full frontal, as was suggested by his camp a few weeks ago,” Playgirl rep Daniel Nardicio said.
