All too often celebrities are forced to take legal action in order to protect themselves against harassing fans, and the latest case involves Justin Timberlake.

Today, the “Cry Me a River” singer’s lawyer is trying to get a temporary restraining order upped to permanent against Karen McNeil – who has been stalking him.
